BASE is one of the most open access academic search engines for e-resources. It is operated by Bielefeld University Library
ROAR(Registry of Open Access Repositories)
ROAR is hosted at the University of Southampton, UK and is made possible by funding from the JISC. To add a new repository you need to 'register for an account' in ROAR. Once registered click on 'New Entry'
